Wolfgang Hatz, Volkswagen’s powertrain development head, said in an interview at the Detroit Auto Show that the company will bring the hybrid version of the Q5 crossover to the United States in late 2010.

Well, from what I’ve just hear from a friend of mine who works for a European car magazine — it sounds look the upcoming Porsche 4-door saloon/coupe will come out as a hybrid too!
